Councillors are due to decide on plans to develop an agricultural building and access track in Oxenhope.
Keighley and Shipley Area Planning Panel will consider an application for Marsh Top Farm, in Marsh Lane, on Wednesday, September 25.
The plans are recommended for approval by planning officers as well as Oxenhope Parish Council.
However, the proposals also had six letters of objection, which state that the scale of the planned building would be out of proportion to neighbouring properties and there would be an increase in noise and smells if the development goes ahead.
