A nuisance scooter rider had his vehicle seized by police. He was stopped in Cooper Lane, Buttershaw, Bradford, by a police off-road motorcyclist, after residents reported the scooter being driven in an anti-social manner. The rider was found to have no driving licence or insurance. He was reported for the offences, his scooter seized, and he will appear at court soon.
