Weekly after-school sports sessions at Cullingworth Primary School have begun with football coaching.
The first of the Friday sessions, taught by an outside company, proved hugely popular with Key Stage 2 pupils.
Next term the sessions are likely to switch to dodgeball for younger pupils.
School head Kate Sutcliffe said the sessions were part of a campaign to develop sport in the school, tying in with increased government funding for primary school PE.”
