Cullingworth residents can tomorrow have a say on plans to build new houses and industrial units on Manywells Industrial Estate.
The company behind the proposals, Commercial Estates Group (CEG), will hold a public consultation at Cullingworth Village Hall.
Planning permission already exists for 60 houses on the 38-acre site at Manywells Brow.
CEG has now revised its plans, promising family homes alongside modern commercial units to meet the needs of local employers.
The company said it the predominantly brownfield development would be accompanied by investment for roads, education, recreation and ecology improvements.
Parish councillors recently expressed concerns about the potential number of homes on the site and the future of a wildlife area.
Residents can visit the Village Hall between 4.30pm and 7.30pm.
