The new chief inspector of hospitals is urging Keighley people to attend a “listening event” to indicate what they think of care they received at Airedale Hospital.
Professor Sir Mike Richards said: “What people say to us will play a vital role in telling us where we may need to look more deeply at the hospital and the wider trust – and I’d urge them to take that opportunity to tell us about their care.”
The Care Quality Commission event will be held at 6.30pm on September 19 at Victoria Hall, Keighley.
People wanting to attend should fill in a form at cqclisteningevents.org.uk or call 03000 616161 to help with the planning for the event.
However, people are still free to turn up if they have not registered in advance.
Members of the public can e-mail cqclisteningevents@livegroup.co.uk to give their views to the inspection team if they cannot come to Victoria Hall.
