A minister is hoping people will join her at church events aiming to bring communities together. The Reverend Rosemary Nash, of Ilkley Road Methodist Church, Riddlesden, said: “Our theme for this year is Loving our Neighbour.” On Saturday, September 21, from 2pm to 4pm, the church will host a Prayer Bear Picnic when people are invited to take their favourite bear and sandwiches to church. The church will provide tea and cakes and there will be a treasure hunt.
