A developer has asked for more time to build a housing estate on a town centre site in Keighley. David Jolliffe was given permission to build the 12 houses on a grassy embankment between Park Lane and Parkwood Rise in 2010, but work never started and his permission is soon to expire. Bradford Council has now given him another three years in which to start.
