Great Horton Councillor Joanne Dodds, (Lab), the Deputy Lord Mayor of Bradford, received a glass engraving symbolising Bradford and Roubaix’s shared industrial heritage.
It was presented by some of the 13 cyclists who rode from Bradford to Paris and back for charity last month. Their route took them through Roubaix.
As well as presenting the gift, the cyclists were also treated to a tour of the Lord Mayor’s offices.
