Pudsey MP Stuart Andrew said he was “proud to serve” his constituency after being reselected to fight the next election tonight.
Mr Andrew, who lives in Rawdon, was chosen by Pudsey Conservatives to challenge in 2015, and said he was “delighted”.
Meanwhile, Councillor Michael Ellis was re-adopted as the Conservative candidate for Bingley Rural ward in 2014.
The Tories made their decision tonight.
Coun Ellis is currently a member of a number of committees on Bradford Council, including licensing and staffing.
