A series of music, art and film events will take place across various sites in Bradford and Leeds this summer.
Called Recon, the festival will feature local bands including Gang of Four, Vibracathedral Orchestra, Hookworms, Cut Hands, Black Pus, Oneohtrix Point Never, Gang of Four, Bilge Pump, Cowtown and That **** Tank.
Venues include the New Bradford Playhouse, Delius Arts and Cultural Centre, Wharf Chambers and the Brudenell Social Club.
The emphasis is on bringing “pioneering artists” to the city, as well as showcasing the local music scene and inspiring new collaborations.
The festival runs from September 22 to 29. Tickets available from Crash Records and Jumbo Records in Leeds.
