A man has been shot in the car park of Holmewood Social Club this evening, police have confirmed.
A huge operation is currently underway after the incident in which the 28-year was shot, with the road outside the club currently sealed off.
Police have now confirmed the man was shot in the face, but say his injuries are not life-threatening.
Officers are still sweeping the area around the club.
No one has been arrested at this stage.
Residents have spoken of their shock of the attack in the car park of the club.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, and cannot say if it was a single gunman or a group or gang responsible.
