The Lord Mayor of Bradford has praised the people behind a soup kitchen which serves hot meals and drinks once a week in Keighley town centre.
Councillor Khadim Hussain visited volunteers from the Intouch Foundation at their latest session on Church Green.
“It’s an excellent initiative for Keighley and I was impressed by the volunteers’ commitment and dedication,” he said. “There was a very good mix of people involved, but it was particularly nice to see younger people engaged in such a positive activity.”
