Local politicians joined police and Bradford Council workers for an action day in the Daisy Hill area of Silsden.
Councillors and Neighbourhood Policing Team officers spoke to residents about local concerns while cleansing teams cleared rubbish.
The main concern raised by residents was danger caused by traffic entering Kirkgate from Howden Road.
