The University of Bradford is hosting a sustainable building event this weekend.
Delegates from the Sustainable Building Association will gather for its annual conference today and tomorrow.
Dave Morland from Leeds-based architects Farrell and Clark will be conducting tours of the university’s new re:centre building, believed to be one of the world’s most sustainable buildings. The firm was part of the team that designed it.
Russell Smith, the university’s estates manager, said: “The University is proud to welcome the AECB to Bradford. It is wonderful opportunity to showcase our sustainable estate – which is the product of ten years of dedicated team work by all in the department of estates and facilities.”
