Bolton: variation of condition 3 of planning approval 12/03708/MAF dated 10/04/13: residential development of 26 open market dwellings, 20 affordable units, associated access, car parking and landscaping and outline for up to 93 dwellings with ecology and landscape enhancements to the woodland; by the substitution of different house types for the 26 open market dwellings, land at Poplars Park Road. Bowling: proposed building to garage and maintain commercial vehicles, Dhillon Transport, Bowling Back Lane. Bradford Moor: change of use from Class B1 to Class D1, Jennings Computer Engineering Limited, 24-28 Gain Lane.

Burley-in-Wharfedale: new stone mullions and heads to existing bay window, 130 Main Street. Buttershaw: installation of new windows and replacement and new front door (wood), 16 Sugden Place. Buttershaw: removal of render from existing building and cleaning and pointing of revealed stone (original lime pointing to be reinstated as necessary flush or recessed in relation to stone walling and stonework later washed), The King’s Head, Halifax Road.

Clayton: construction of polytunnel in garden to grow vegetables, Meadowcroft, Cockin Lane. Cullingworth: siting of one 51.2m high (hub), 65.7m (TIP) 225kw wind turbine, Manor Farm, Station Road. Denholme: erection of an Endurance E3120 wind turbine with three bladed rotor mounted on a monopole with a height to the turbine hub of 24.6m and a maximum height to blade top of 34.2m, land south of Erlings Works, Half Acre Road.

Eccleshill: raised decking and storage for bins and electric wheelchair at the rear, 9 Hall Road. Eldwick: construction of single-storey rear extension, 144 Otley Road. Frizinghall: proposed change of use from store to shop, 99 Frizinghall Road. Girlington: raise roof by 5 degrees, loft conversion and construction of detached garage, 2 St Leonard’s Grove and 135 St Leonard’s Road.
