A movie filmed in and around Lund Park and featuring local teenagers will be unveiled to the public next week.

Keighley Film Club will host the first public screening of Bottle on Wednesday as part of a short film season at the Picture House.

Bottle is described as a fast-paced drama about good luck gone bad, with Lee and Kelly facing an apparently-insurmountable crisis.

David Halsall, one of the team behind Bottle, said the project was supported by the Lund Park Community Group and the Near Neighbours fund.

He said: “The film highlights issues facing many young people in the area, including unemployment and the ever-present world of drugs and crime.”

Admission is free and doors open at the North Street cinema at 7.30pm.
