A planned MOT station in Bingley has been thrown out by planning officers because they were unsure how it would effect highway safety. Stephen Mattocks wanted to change the use of Park Garage on Bradley Street from a car repair workshop, but his application was turned down on Tuesday.
Officers felt the plans didn’t contain enough information about how many vehicles would use the site.
