Shipley residents, businesses, schools, churches and community organisations are invited to let their imaginations run wild by taking part in the Garden in a Wheelbarrow competition for Shipley in Bloom.
The design can be far ranging and include anything from bedding plants to herbaceous plants and bulbs or vegetables.
To enter fill in an entry form from Shipley Town Hall and Shipley Library by Thursday, and bring your planted wheelbarrow to Well Croft in Shipley on Saturday, July 13, at noon.
Yvonne Crossley, Town Centre Manager, said: “Last year we were overwhelmed by the number of entries submitted. This year volunteers are keen to strengthen Shipley’s position in Yorkshire in Bloom so we want the whole community to get involved.”
