Patients leaving Airedale Hospital’s A&E department can now provide feedback at the press of a button.
A touch-screen kiosk lets people comment on the care they received.
It is an alternative to completing a questionnaire postcard.
The hospital’s Karen Dunwoodie said: “We thought the kiosk would be quicker and appeal to younger people.”
