A special day of fun is planned at The White Swan, on Wibsey High Street, on Sunday, July 14, when it hosts a fundraiser for the Help For Heroes charity. There will be various stalls and entertainment, including an Army truck, karaoke, disco and comedy hypnotist JJ Barrie. The free event runs from noon to midnight. For details, call 07510 673786.
