A 31-year-old Keighley man, facing three allegations of sexual activity with a child, has been cleared of one of the charges.
A jury at Bradford Crown Court yesterday found the man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the complainant, not guilty unanimously of one charge, relating to an alleged incident behind a store.
The jury is still considering verdicts on two further charges and will continue to deliberate today.
The man has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The prosecution allege two of the offences took place at commercial premises where he worked as a cleaner, when the girl was aged nearly 14.
The defendant told the jury that he had never touched the girl and she had made up the allegations.
