A Bingley man received a caution after being found with a class B drug in the town centre on Saturday.
At 10.30pm officers on patrol noticed a group of people standing on Dryden Street. Realising he had been seen, a man was seen to drop an item and the group then ran away.
The group were detained and the items dropped were found to contain a small amount of white powder which was identified as M-Cat.
The man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a class B drug. He admitted the offence and was issued with an adult caution.
