Edward Phillip Bey, aged 26, of Planetrees Street, Allerton; drunk and disorderly, no separate penalty; three counts of assault, 12 months’ community order, 150 hours’ unpaid work, £225 compensation, £145 costs. Roy Thomas Rhodes, aged 32, of Rowantree Drive, Thorpe Edge; possession of diamorphine, £100 fine, £105 costs. Tony Lee Golec, aged 35, of Weller Close, West Bowling; three counts of breach of non-molestation order, 12 weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring, restraining order made, £310 costs. Charles William Campbell, aged 41, of Milner Ing, Delph Hill; two counts of failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence, £125 costs; original offence of possessing an article for use in the course of or in connection with theft, jailed for four months suspended for 12 months, 150 hours’ unpaid work.

Joanna Sikkema-Elema, aged 38, of Sewell Road, Bradford Moor; theft, eight weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring, £60 costs.
