Keighley’s deputy mayor requested that his fellow town councillors respect his work commitments. Councillor Lionel Lockley, who is a bus driver, said at this month’s full town council meeting: “Anyone can get in touch with me, but please don’t approach me with town council business when I’m at work and in uniform.”
