Firefighters were called to a flat above a mini market which was engulfed in flames in Bradford yesterday. Crews from Odsal and Fairweather Green stations were called out at 7am to tackle the fire in Bradford Road, Clayton, and managed to stop it spreading to other buildings.
No-one was in the flat at the time of the blaze and firefighters were at the scene until lunchtime to make the property safe. The cause is under investigation.
