Been there, seen it, done it – visitors to Bradford are being offered the opportunity to take home a different kind of souvenir of the city but they can still buy the T-shirt.

Businesswoman Debbie Nicholson-Wood (pictured) with her quirky alternative souvenirs is the latest trader to take over the pop-up shop next to Handmade in Bradford’s Market Street.

She will be there until June 1 selling her hand-made goods including bottle-top badges, ceramic boars from Bradford's coat of arms, skyline cards, vintage style railway posters and other framed artwork, painted stones, crinkle-cut Seebrook crisps produced in the city – and T-shirts.

She said: “I got the idea after realising you were hard-pushed to buy anything in the official Bradford tourist office with Bradford on it – although you could buy a mug with a London bus on it!”
