A Silsden takeaway owner has had his bid to keep the business open until 2am rejected by Bradford Council.
Chicago Hut in Bolton Road is legally allowed to stay open until midnight but owner P Asghar applied to extend the opening time.
Silsden Town Council and numerous neighbours objected and planning officers dismissed the bid saying a takeaway open that late was not suitable for that area of Silsden.
