Information was given out on a knead to know basis when Mike Armstrong – master baker at Sainsbury’s Keighley supermarket – visited Kildwick Church of England School!
He showed classes one and two how to make dough, bread, foccacia bread and pizza, making small animal-shaped loaves and cheese and onion pizzas. The children are working on the topic of Food Glorious Food, and Mr Armstrong demonstrated how easy it was to make bread and other healthy items to eat.
All children got to sample the end products, and Mr Armstrong finished with a question-and-answer session.
