A gentle introduction to zumba takes place at St John’s church hall, Baildon every Monday morning. Zumba gold is a fitness class for the active older participant or those returning to fitness. Classes run from 9.45am to 10.45am every Monday in St John’s Church Hall, Hall Cliffe, Baildon and cost £5.00. Pay for six sessions and get your seventh free with no need to book.
