A Keighley music maker plans to open a studio providing free recording time to young musicians.
Johnny Bedford said he would relaunch his company Black Rock Records as a charity to spearhead the project. He wants to help under-privileged musicians aged 13 to 25 by giving them space to practice and record.
Black Rock will host a launch night at the Great Northern pub, Halifax Road, Keighley, on Saturday April 13, from 7pm to 10pm, The concert will feature Sid Wright, Laura Erby and David Rogers, and Ben Waters. Tickets are £3.
