Runners are being urged to take part in two events for a sound cause.
Bradford-based charity The Ear Trust has places available in the 10k Bupa Great Manchester Run on Sunday, May 26, and eight places in the Great North Run on September 15.
Runners would raise money for The Ear Trust, which supports the work of the Yorkshire Cochlear Implant Service at Bradford Royal Infirmary and was set up by ENT consultant, Prof Chris Raine. Cochlear implants can transform the lives of profoundly deaf people.
For more information, contact Chris Raine on (01535) 272780 or e-mail chraine@aol.com For information about the Yorkshire Cochlear Implant Service and The Ear Trust visit ycis.org.uk and eartrust.org.uk
