Yorkshire artist Ashley Jackson put pencil to sketch pad to launch this year’s Yorkshire Dales Walking Festival.
The Holmfirth-based artist is backing Walk For All’s new Wake Up to Walking campaign by kicking off the countdown to the Yorkshire Dales event on Sunday, August 18.
This year’s festival – which features five, 14 and 28-mile courses for all walking ages and abilities – will raise thousands of pounds for deserving causes.
Proceeds from entry fees for the Yorkshire Dales Walking Festival will go to support the Jane Tomlinson AppeaL.
