Pupils, parents and teachers enjoyed a morning of celebrations in recognition of a Bradford school’s latest Ofsted report.
Girlington Primary School has been praised by inspectors for its outstanding progress in mathematics and above-average attendance.
Ofsted judged the school to be Good, an upgrade on the previous judgement which was Satisfactory.
The Lord Mayor of Bradford, Councillor Dale Smith, joined the celebrations and congratulated the school's teachers and pupils on the achievement
Headteacher, Sue Wood, said: “We are delighted with this glowing report as it reflects the hard work and dedication of the whole school community and we are all very proud.”
