Bradford’s Dobermann Trust has been given £500 from UK pet insurance provider, Petplan. The Trust rescues and re-homes stray and abandoned Dobermann dogs and puppies and those who can no longer be cared for by their owners.
The money will go towards temporary shelter, food and veterinary treatment for the animals and to help find permanent loving homes for them.
Julie West, the Director of The Dobermann Trust, said: “The extra funds kindly donated by Petplan have offset our kennel bill for February and allowed us to keep more Dobermanns safe whilst we find their forever homes.”
