The following planning applications have been submitted to Bradford Council:
City centre: revisions to rear elevations: stone to gable ends in lieu of render with revised windows to suit and reduced window heights for kitchen windows for planning approval 11/05589/FUL dated 23/03/12 conversion of bedsits into 16 houses and demolition of rear extensions, former 12 Roundhill Place.
City centre: upgrade of existing rooftop base station by replacement in same locations of shared antennas of same size approx and two 300mm transmission dish antennas sited on sub-mast (replacement radio equipment will be retained in existing equipment cabin on roof), Try Mills, 237 Thornton Road.
Eccleshill: construction of extension to side and rear, 4 Fagley Drive. Eccleshill: installation of concrete base and shipping container and associated landscaping, Thorpe Edge Community Project, 6 Summerfield Road. Eccleshill: replacement of existing dwelling and construction of pair of semi-detached dwellings, 41 Institute Road.
Eldwick: demolition of existing bungalow and detached garage, replace with one two-storey four- bedroom detached dwelling with integral garage and car parking and one dormer bungalow with integral garage and car parking, Semmering, Sheriff Lane.
Fairweather Green: first-floor side extension above existing single-storey side extension, 61 Templars Way. Fairweather Green: single-storey extension to rear elevation creating a conservatory with attached washroom, 17 Gilynda Close. Frizinghall: construction of two-storey side extension, 27 Salisbury Road.
Gilstead: non-material amendment to planning approval 12/01059/HOU dated 25.05.12: removal of existing conservatory and replacement with single-storey extension to rear and loft conversion with dormer windows to front and rear, 8 Bracken Park. Girlington: removal of existing 14.8m high monopole mast and the installation of a replacement 15m high monopole mast with shrouded antennas and three additional equipment cabinets, Base Station 44846 Whetley Hill.
