A fire that damaged a former mill is being treated as suspicious.
The blaze broke out in a store room in the former Naylor Jennings mill in Green Lane, Rawdon.
Crews from Rawdon and Idle fire stations were called just after 9.15pm on Sunday.
Idle watch commander Sally Evers said: “The building was in a poor state of repair. The fire destroyed the store room, but the building had already been destroyed by vandals and rough sleepers.”
She said the blaze had been started deliberately.
