Sixth form students have been giving young maths whizzes a masterclass.
Twenty-eight promising pupils at seven primary schools were invited to Bradford Grammar School for the session.
Sixth formers studying for their further maths A-Levels helped teacher Andrew Crabtree give the youngsters a masterclass on the fun side of maths.
It is hoped it will be the first in a series of workshops held at Bradford Grammar, forging links between the schools and helping older students share their knowledge with the younger generation.
Head teacher Kevin Riley said: “I hope this will be the start of a beneficial partnership. Working together in this way is good for the students and good for Bradford.”
The participating schools were Copthorne Primary, Horton Grange, St Oswalds, Lidget Green, Farnham, Princeville and Crossley Hall.
