Home brewers can enter their ales into a competition in Saltaire this spring.
Northern Craft Brewers is hosting the American Pale Ale competition at Saltaire Brewery on Saturday, April 13.
Anyone can enter the battle for a cash prize of at least £25 – the exact prize amount will be announced nearer the day.
To enter, e-mail Shane Swindells at competitions@northerncraftbrewers.co.uk with your name, address.
You will receive a confirmation email and any further information will follow. The closing date is on Sunday, March 31.
Professional and trade judges will be sampling the brews which should be pale golden to deep amber, with a moderate to strong hop aroma from dry hopping or late kettle additions of American hop varieties.
Organisers hope to arrange speakers.
