Cricket equipment was destroyed in an arson attack on a Bradford club.
Four metal storage containers at Bowling Old Lane Cricket Club were targeted yesterday morning. Fire crews from Odsal station were called at 8.20am and discovered severe blazes in two of the containers.
Odsal crew commander Andy McCann said: “The four containers were all next to each other. Two had severe fires in them and everything in there was destroyed.”
The other two containers are believed to have contained a roller and a grass cutter, but it is thought they escaped serious damage.
