A pub group has strengthened its catering team with two new appointments.
Wharfedale’s Well Fed Pub Company has taken on Mark Owens as executive chef at its two inns and restaurants in Addingham – The Fleece and Craven Heifer.
Mr Owens, 30, was previously a senior sous chef at the award-winning Star Inn, in Harome, near Helmsley.
Masterchef finalist Tom Rennolds, was named head chef at the Craven Heifer in August, but left after a few weeks in the role.
The Fleece has also taken on a new head pastry chef, Ben Rawson (pictured), who has moved from Rudding Park Hotel, Harrogate.
