Ilkley: renewal of planning permission 09/06038/FUL dated 11.02.2012: construction of two storey extensions and alterations to create additional bedrooms to the rear of the existing building, Red Gables Nursing Home, 59 Parish Ghyll Drive. Ilkley: internal and external alterations to existing public house and construction of a small single storey extension to the rear, plus alterations to existing outbuilding to accommodate an ancillary microbrewery, The Albert, 16 Church Street. Little Horton: construction of house extension, Ahsan General Food Store, 93-95 Little Horton Lane. Little Horton: non material amendment to permission 11/03106/FUL dated 25/08/2011: change of use from 37 flats to community and education centre including six retained flats, Drove Road House, 94 Baxandall Street.
