An appeal has been dismissed over a retrospective application for the construction of a garden building at 63-65 Toller Grove, Bradford.
Bradford Council turned down the application in May, and now a planning inspector has dismissed the appeal on the grounds that the structure has “unacceptable effects” on the living conditions of those in the neighbouring property through a “loss of outlook and sunlight”.
