Firefighters freed an elderly man from his car after it had ploughed into a garden wall.
The crash happened in Wrose Road, Shipley, at 5.05pm today.
Fire crews from Idle and Shipley stations prised open a car door to rescue the man, who was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary by ambulance for a check-up.
His injuries were not believed to be serious.
