A Greggs bakery nearly went up in flames last night during a bin fire in Frizinghall.
Philip Brown, crew commander at Shipley fire station, said firefighters caught the blaze just in time.
The fire, believed to have been started deliberately, was in two industrial wheelie bins that were kept in a bin store on Parkside retail park, Keighley Road, that is used by Sainsbury’s, Greggs and Subway.
