John Barry Moseley, aged 38, of Central Avenue, Shipley; two counts of theft, failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence of theft, 12 months’ community order, £60 costs. Zubair Rashid, aged 33, of Clifton Villas, Manningham; driving without insurance, £225 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for six months. Abdul Zaman, aged 36, of Oaks Drive, Allerton; driving while using hand-held mobile phone, £200 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed.

Mark Andrew Booth, aged 42, of Blenheim Road, Manningham; breach of anti-social behaviour order, £50 fine, £15 costs, detention in courthouse until court rises. Christopher John Hill, aged 35, of Hapsburg Court, Little Horton; failure to attend follow-up drug assessment, failure to surrender to custody, 14 days’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring. Daniel Jerome Coates, aged 20, of Withins Close, Great Horton; possession of cannabis, £90 fine, £105 costs.
