Those who were awarded Near Neighbours cash for their communities pictured at the Thornbury Centre
The Bishop of Bradford joined members of the community to celebrate the Near Neighbours programme.
Near Neighbours brings people together in religiously and ethnically diverse communities, creating friendships, building relationships of trust and helping people to transform their neighbourhoods together.
Since it was created 15 months ago in Bradford, it has handed out tens of thousands of pounds to community projects with grants ranging from £250 to £5,000.
