A dog grooming business in a converted Menston garage would “conflict” with its residential surroundings, according to planning officers.
Mike Poole was refused planning permission for the conversion of a garage at the back of 33 Main Street by Bradford Council.
Planning officers said the business would lead to more noise, traffic and “disturbance” for neighbours.
