The Hobbit will be screened at the National Media Museum in Bradford next month.
The blockbuster tells the story of Bilbo Baggins who is swept into a quest to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor from the fearsome dragon Smaug.
Approached out of the blue by the wizard Gandalf the Grey, Bilbo finds himself joining a company of 13 dwarves. From Sunday December 2, the museum will be screening all three Lord of the Rings films. The Hobbit opens on December 13.
