Love is in the air at Leeds-Bradford Airport, where a special speed-dating flight is setting off to Paris.

The flight is being put on by Jet2.com, which is searching for sexy singletons to take to the air for free.

The airline, the first in Yorkshire to operate a speed-dating trip, has teamed up with The Only Way Is Essex stars Mario Falcone and Lucy Mecklenburgh, described as the hottest couple on TV’s reality show, who will be on board to offer flirty tips.

The couple, whose tumultuous love affair has gripped viewers, are helping in the search for the top ten most eligible lads and lasses in the region to join them on the VIP flight of fancy. They will join around 100 singletons on the journey to Paris on Saturday, November 17. Once in the city of l’amour, their chat-up skills will be put to the test in a speed-dating session on a romantic boat trip on the River Seine.

The most popular male and female will each win a luxury five-star escape from Jet2holidays.

Steve Heapy, chief commercial officer of Jet2.com, said: “With the help of Mario and Lucy, it promises to be a spectacular day, and I’d urge all single people in the region to get on board today. Who knows they may just be lucky enough to find that love is in the air!”

Mario, of TOWIE, said: “What better setting is there potentially to meet the love of your life than in the ultimate city of romance? We can’t wait to jet off to Paris and help Bradford singletons find their dream partner.”

If you think you are Bradford’s most eligible male or female, or if you want to nominate your mate as a top date, e-mail hottie@jet2.com. State why you think you deserve to be on Jet2.com’s special ‘love plane’ and include a current image.

The closing date for entries is midnight on Sunday, November 4.
