The Gruffalo, at St George’s Hall, Bradford G, G, G, Gruffalo, went the song. And we were off on an adventure through the deep, dark wood, following Mouse in search of hazelnuts.
Three performers brought the aforementioned Mouse, as well as a wheeler-dealer Fox, an eccentric old Owl and a maraca-shaking Snake, to life.
And of course, there was everyone’s favourite monster – the Gruffalo.
Tall Stories’ musical and magical adaptation of the Julia Donaldson children’s favourite certainly kept the young audience enchanted.
An hour of songs, laughs, and a touch of scary fun too. We loved it.
